Life Lease problem of a different type - My Life on this planet.

I have a real opportunity to sell some of my land.  But I have some problems with my coowner and boss.  Unlike a famous golfer I feel the best value with a Scandinavian wife is their value as a wife but they can be strong willed at times.  Not anticipating this type of situation I have made her co-owner on all my tax sale properties.  Here is the buyer's ad and any suggestions would be welcomed.  

"Hello all,,anyone looking to sell a small parcel of scrub land ,,suitble for weekend get aways,,just land.  Price from 10k to 30k,,not swamp land please... I am selling my 64 Corvette Coupe,,value around 35k,,willing to trade,get back if you have something k,,thxs..."  

Contrary to the posts on watcher's life lease situation I don't think a lawyer will help me.
