Heres the scoop. Local residential property with no zoning or regulatory problems with building. Several half acre lots in executive subdivision with local homes commonly advertised for sale when they come up @$400,000 and up in the same area. Zoning and services in place. Close to 401 and all retail services including train to Toronto within (admittedly long) WALKING distance. This is not a tax sale but normal real estate sale because a partnership has tried for 20 years to find water without success. They are throwing in the towel and letting the properties go as is.
