In fact considering the stigma attached to the title of any tax sale property, how do you explain the fact that tax sale properties are going for full market value despite intrinsic title risks? The fact is that buyers are flocking to tax sales out of greed - security of title be damned!
. It seems a bit suspicious that it did. In this case, I would not be surprised to see a post-sale redemption.
Interesting hypothesis, but if security of title is really important to investors then how do you explain the 21 tenders on the 141 Baldwin street property in Newcastle and bid of $151,000.00 regardless of the fact that it has a crown lien on title.
