I bet bet one beer (remember I am cheap, so it will have to be shared pro rata between muliple winners), that it is redeemed.
However, if it is not redeemed I bet that the tax sale purchaser does not get to set foot inside the front door for 5 years. Remember that the insurer for the municipality already settled with the owner for 150k, so don't expect anything other than a neutral position from the municipality when it goes to court.

Rule #1 - If you want to be a winner, never never bet against G2020. I have said it before and I will say it again - G2020 has forgotten more about tax sales than I will ever know.

Now if your looking for a sure thing, bet Dave on anything - he simply cannot win - sort of like Charlie Brown who always thinks that Lucy will hold the ball for him just once.
