My issue with Tri-Target is that they do not post updates like OTS does that informs us that a certain property was cancelled or reedemed. Maybe Tri-Target should consider doing this instead of these silly contests.....

Don't enter the contest and buy a Gold Membership with OTS if you want those results.

Sorry I disagree with you and Netpred both.  You have to do your own homework and redemption risk is part of the job.  We expect to have everything placed on a silver platter but that is not how this business works.

First you don't get serious until a week - 10 days out. Seeing as Netpred is posting false rumours about me I might as well focus on Ottanabee
South Monaghan waterfront  on Long Island which is now entering that time zone.  

I guess it is about time to get serious for a change as things has been too quiet. (see photo) How about a bet with you or Netpred or anyone else for usual beer that the waterfront property on Long Island does NOT redeem.  With Netpred I will make it interesting, how about a bet for all the beers I owe you: Double or nothing.

I have had a pretty good year so far as I have sold out of most property except Island holdings so I will be a nice guy for once and provide some background specifics on Netpred's waterfront post.

Contrary to what I said via pm, I too now agree that this lot will not redeem. If this lot is buildable (which I think it may be), it will be interesting to see what it goes for. Pro - waterfront within 90 minutes of Toronto. Con - island lot (which may be a pro for the right buyer).
