Surprised Hummingbird didn't redeem - anyone aware of the tax assessed value per tax sale?

hummingbird had a crown lien from the minister of national revenue.  So Im surprised it got 12 bids.  Do they know something I dont know?  Is it possible they found out how much the lien actually was a decided it was still worth it? 
As for the Lisk road property, the winner did some smart bidding.  that one is assessed at 15,000$ but 3.4 buildable acres on a maintained road is probably worth about $25,000. nice profit for the winner, what do others think about the real value of this one?
Also I noticed that after the sale, the photos were taken down from OTS, tri-target and the towns website, Im just wondering if one wanted to get a copy of the map or photo how would one get it?

I am a little surprised too... crown lien, occupied and a few by-law issues to boot. Worldjohn your right maybe they know something we don't???

Crown lean is only 30k left.  Still the buyer only paid: 168+30 k.  Round lake properties are 250k range.  Its a new nice house.
