Be sure to talk with the planning department before bidding on the two Quaker Road properties. They are not what they appear. They were potential development properties that it had been expected would become within the urban boundary. That proposal was turned down and they are now useless for development, at least certainly in my lifetime. Nice greenbelt. Doing your homework is often disappointing, but it is much better to fully understand if there is a reason why taxes are not paid. Best of luck.
