McNab/Braeside results for 14 Usborne St.Peplinske 62500 2:46pmWillum 62500 2:49pmMoller 58798Fourteen total bids. I have never seen a tie for first place before. Got kind of interesting as the second bidder seemed to think it was unfair. Municipal Act is clear on this one.
