All cancelled! All the lots got redeemed in the morning, and at 2:25 PM the house was paid off. Yes, even the house with the two crown liens got redeemed. Today was to be the Fergus sale but all three houses got redeemed. Even the Toronto stock exchange wiped out all it's gains for 2013 in just this one day. The stock market is considered a leading indicator for the real estate market. Oh, there was a useless sliver of land on the Georgian Bluffs sale but there were no tenders for it. This would have been a nice day for Dave to fork over some beers. Cheers!
