Ever Call and get the wrong number

Recently came across a property for sale....found it based on legal description....ad had the wrong address, do I tell them they have screwed up and won't attract much interest based on the wrong address, or do I attempt to purchase (for an unreasonably low offer) and hope that they stupidly accept since they have had no action based on the wrong address.  

Decisions, decisions .... what would you do, and Montreal just tied up the game so I'd better go cheer them on....where did I leave that beer and pretzels.
