NOTICE OF SALE OF THE SHIP
?CHAULK LIFTER?
AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL PERSONS THAT:

THE DEFENDANT SHIP CHAULK LIFTER (the ?Ship?) is to be sold by judicial sale. The Ship is a Hybrid heavy-lift ro-ro barge, believed to be built in 1978 and of 88.79 metres, registered in Canada, Port of Registry being Moncton, New Brunswick. The Ship is currently located at Les M?chins, Quebec, Canada.

a. The basis of the sale of the Ship, shall be free and clear of all liens and encumbrances, ?as-is, where-is? in the Ship?s present state as she now lies.

b. The sale shall be by a sealed bid auction to be held at The Federal Court, at 30 McGill Street, Montreal, Quebec, commencing at 2:00 p.m. (local time), on the 27th day of July 2015.

c. Parties requiring further details, copy of recent survey, permission to inspect and terms and conditions of sale may contact: Mr. Aylmer Gribble of Gibson Marine Services Limited by telephone at +1-514-933-7371, by fax at +1-514-937-3031 or by e-maiI at sandp@gibson.ca.

NOTICE TO CREDITORS

All claims against the Ship, including that of Plaintiff in Federal Court Action T-2505-14, shall be filed in any Registry office of this Court no later than August 19, 2015, failing which such claims shall be barred.

How about hoisting PALLETS of beer at your next pool party.  Look real impressive on one of the Kawartha Lakes.   Imagine going through the trent canal locks.  

Netpred also has some interesting pictures of new dress rules for party goers under global warming but Rob won't allow me to show them on the site.  

of course might be a little problem if we showed up with the ship at Trenton in view of these rules.
