Sheriff's Sale Lament

I guess that the holiday season is over and back to business.  Got a call from an experienced tax sale buyer who wants to bid on some of the upcoming sheriffs sales.  One problem - no data.

Unlike tax sales neither Tri-Target or OTS provide any data.  Sherrif is not co-operative or the financial institution.  Title search gives you some limited data. 

I guess he figured that a guy with the nickname 'dumpster' might have insight but other then listing them as a public service I really don't follow them. 

Any helpful suggestions?

If it is one of the GTA sales, a simple search of the debtor's name may highlight some very unusual problems.
