Hi Guys

I am kinda new at this, been watching for a while. It will be interesting to track what this one actually brings.

This was actually a nice property but the tax sale had too many good ones for sale so difficult to price.

Tax sale purchaser bought at what I thought was a high price but in this market he or she might get away with it.  

Prices are rising but hard to determine where the market is and as a result what one should bid.  

Site topography for this site may result in some interesting construction issues but the winner may have addressed them with the municipality if clearance to build on old cottage site is confirmed. That will be a concern of the new buyer.
