Have you been successful in sheriff sales before? Are they worth exploring? 

Can't really help you there because it has been a long time since one in my normal hunting area. 

All I am doing this listing of sheriff sales for is a public service because they are not listed regularly elsewhere.

Given this crazy real estate market even tax sales this year mostly a lost cause because I get squished like a bug regularly.  Funny enough I have seen some people be quite successful this year but they have the experience to thrive in any market. 

I just be patient and when market turns back to normal be there to profit by it.
