Lots of footprints  

This tax sale may not be what it seemed,

unfortunately it may soon to be redeemed  

For some reason the town wished to terminate,

And now the tax sale bidders seem to be too late.

I hate it when they cancel a couple of days before the tax sale.

I just hope that the cause of this did not result from someone talking to the owner.  

This maybe a very expensive lesson.
