Hi all,
I'm new, just signed up.  I have been attending the HRM auctions for the last couple years and am very interesting in buying at some point in the near future.  I noticed a few posts (over a year ago) that mentioned special or unique circumstances/problems in buying these kind of properties in NS.  Can anyone enlighten me on what these are?  I am familiar with the 90' road frontage by-law...
