Total Newbie..Did a title search on teranet.

Hello people,

I have have been lurking tax sale properties posted on the internet for a couple of years.More or less just watching listings and checking results.Recently I found one in Buckhorn that peaked my interest.I decided that I would like to see what was
included in a title search.I registered with Teranet express and paid fees for a search.Surprisingly within seconds title search was in my email.GREAT! Now if only I could understand it .....any help out there!
