Without the heritage designation on the house, I think it's worth well over twice as much as the highest tender amount. With it, I am not too sure but I still think it's a great deal - the shittiest house in Markham nowadays is probably worth more than that much, let alone a house on a 2 1/2-acre. Whoever won it obviously knows how it works.

Just wish I had the funds to submit a bid as high as the winning bid. too rich for me.
