The second highest was $1,680,000 and yes $1.8M its even above market value in the area. Huge overpaid....

Thats under 10K an acre for farmland in southern ontario. Bothwell will easily yield over 200 bushels corn /55 soy plus per acre. I am sure the farmer /investor who bought it is extremely extremely happy with the price as that is likely half price or better
