New listings up at the gazette. Looks like lots of property up north.
Get reading and lets find some good property.

Some r as low as $1895. Wow.!

A word of caution... don't look at the price and then decide if it's a good deal right from that.. almost more often than not some of those very cheap properties are landlocked with very little chance of ever being viable.

Plenty to choose from though.. ppent the time and have a look at as many as you can if you're interested and then you'll know what you're getting. There's always a deal to be found for someone.

I guess we are looking at the same listing. I did my homework. I visited the area to inquire. Those lots are pretty small 50 by 125 feet. An average of 0.14 acre. The catch is (according to a resident) you cannot build something unless you have 100 feet frontage. Trailers are not allowed and you have to make your own septic system and water source.

Anyways, I'm really going crazy to try the 99 acre one but it is phisically landlocked. In the municipal plan, there is a legal right of way but I guess it will take a long while to have the road started. It is also an island in the middle of marshland. If I have a lot of money to spend, I will surely try to buy it.

I will appreciate any comment.

I wouldn't recommend EVER making your own septic system unless you don't mind the thought of an extended stay in a penetentiary and alot of fines. 

Trailers are allowed just about anywhere as long as it's only half the year.

Landlocked is often not the problem, but being surrounded by marsh effectively could leave only a few acres (if any) viable to be developed both legally and practically.

Thanks for the advice. I've already changed my mind. I felt heartbroken but I know I'll find another love somewhere.
BTW, I can do better than the way they do the septic there. If it's not granite under, I can dig a well 80 feet with 2 inch pipe shield.
