August 30 Update - Tax Sale Listing

Looks as if summer is over with the largest amount of properties listed in awhile.  Many bidders will get a good chance to win a property.  I haven't had a chance to review any of the lots, so be careful, spent the time and do the due diligence before bidding.    Avoid the horror stories..  the most successful bidders know exactly what they are bidding on, how much its going to cost and when its a good idea to walk away.  If you have all of the facts you will be successful.

If you have never placed a bid or gone through the process this could be a good month to get some experience.  NEVER bid beyond your limit, be conservative  and always expect added costs.
