Just in case anyone was interested in the Bidwell Pkwy property there is nasty $26,000 plus interest crown lien on it. The Stevensville property is hazard land and was advised not to even attempt to re-zone it. (the guy at the town hall might be bidding on it???) Anyway my chance to give some free info to you guys since everyone has been so helpful.

Looks like the city tried scooping some extra money last fall or the winners walked and the city deducted the forfeit ( not likely) ,
Does anyone have last years results to know if this went thru or was pulled ?
