There is a strong  possibility of contamination on one lot, PIN44253-0367.  Adjacent lots are apparently contaminated and the treasury gal thought this lot was probably contaminated as well. 
The other property has a building with residence.  There was a note of frustration in the treasurers voice with this property.  She felt the owners would not redeem because of the attempts they had made trying to get their money.
There you go....how to decide, brown lands or red necks??

The closest latte here is in Kingston...and    I doubt you would commune friendly with out your latte. Beware of the locals they resent the big city folks changing their gun laws, or right to do anything with their lands like throw old gas cans into the backwater swap,
