Hi,  I have just registered with this forum but I have been reading all the comments and information over the past few weeks.  I think the members here have provided more information about tax sales than any other website out there.  I hope to pick up as much valuable information as I can from reading all your posts.  I just want to thank all the long standing members that have been posting great information for over a year now and hope that you continue.

I'm Niki and new to this forum. I've been reading your posts here for over 2 years and enjoyed reading every one of them. Very informative and sometimes currect. 

Anyway, I just wanted to get to know all of you here and if possible get some help. I would appreciate if any of you would be kind enough to direct me in the world of Tax Sales properties.

How I can get more information about these properties, and how would you know if it's worth the investment?

Right....it doesn't make any difference ... not to me, maybe to Farrouk, as he appears 'hot to trot'.

We keep telling people to read the postings on this forum...there are many, but spend the time, and you will see that all of your questions will be answered...in some cases many times over, since the same questions keep getting asked over and over.   Still, don't be afraid to ask, as you there may still be some stone that we have yet to turn over.

I hope Farrouk's wife get's over the flu.

Well,,, if farrouk have fun then let him be. We all here to have some fun and also exchange some ideas, right?
This forum is all about it.
Anyway, as I said before, I've been reading this posts for over 2 years now, but in some cases my research result was completely different from what I read in here. For example: The case of Minto, when I talked to the city hall they explained to me that this land won't be of any use since there won't be any building permit of any kind, but here somebody said something different. So, now my question is how we can get additional info like you pro guys?
