Looks like may be a toxic problem,,If someone is in the neighbourhood, please confirm or let us know the real story

 hartley fuels and Har-tex lubricants..  Bought in 97 for 84 K  , Owes 72 in taxes,,sounds like clean up costs or similar

Worst part is it is registered to the man and his wife personally, not corporate.. He died in 04 ,

Strange part is this guy isnt your typical tax roach..something must have gone very  south for the town to be popping this guys land.. also several various Hartleys in town have their  lands under executions so someone made some mistakes
