I was very excited when I found this website today. I've been thinking a lot about my investment future and having tax liens become a part of that future. And this forum will be a great source of information on the subject, I'm sure! I got my start in the financial and investment game through a book recommendation (rich dad, poor dad), and ever since I've been very interested all sorts of investment methods and opportunities.
Look forward too see you all around the forum
PS. This is a newbie thing to do on a first post, but I'm doing it anyways. If there is anyone actively or not actively, purchasing liens/tax sales in the Niagara Peninsula area please send me a PM. I would love to get a head start with some help from someone who knows the ins and outs of the area.

Hi,
Tax liens are handled a slight differently in each state, but they are the debt that a property owner owes for late taxes. Investors buy these, and to pay them off and so not lose their property, an owner must pay whatever fees and interest rate the law designates.
