You go to court and begin the eviction process.  If they fail to leave within a period of time, you bring the sheriff with you and they will assist in arresting and evicting. 

But the person could be a renter, that could have a contract that you may need to honor.  In that case, the rent will go to you.

i saw an article on this forum that eviction takes a long time and costs more money. i just wanna know how long actually it takes and how much you gotta put in the procedure?

Question 1:The purchaser has the right to enter on the tax sale property to maintain it in proper condition and to prevent waste.

does that mean that you, as the buyer, can check the property during the redemption period? but how if you don't have keys of the property, especially the original owners still live there?

Question 2: During the period of redemption, the owner may bring an action in the Supreme Court to have the tax sale set aside and declared invalid under certain specified grounds.

What is the redemption period?  Is it between the time you win the tender and you pay the balance?  The previous owners can still redeem one year after you take ownership?

I had asked before, but still am not sure-If after you take ownership and the previous owner hasn't vacated, and you haven't said anything to the previous owner that can throw you into a tenancy relationship, the previous owner is a trespasser that is illegally occupying the residance and can arrested.  I spoke to numerous lawyers and paralegals on this and they all said the same.  Mind you, tax sales don't come across their desk too often, so some of the people on this site are probably more knowledgable than them on the subject.
