nice reasonable bidding here. Everything far below the assessed or real value and all the winners got a good deal.

I  question the 156 Paradise lane Bid. I think it was a little high  It is zoned seasonal It does have a building but you will have to deal with the Moria river conservation on everything. I  would be curious to see what the new owner will do with the property The house was a good buy just my opinion

The duplex..good deal for a local ..needs work but at that price you could scrap the building and still be ahead.
