Putting deed in a fake name

Just a hypothetical question to keep this board from being bored with a lack of posts. 
If you win a property and you're thinking of building a secret little love nest or little place to get away from it all without anyone being able to figure out where you are. (not to do anything illegal, maybe immoral or maybe just for the fun of having a secret place)  (I bet tiger woods wishes he had a secret place)
anyways, what are the ramifications of giving the treasurer a fake name to put the deed in? I mean they never ask for identification either when you buy or sell. So why not?
pay your taxes in cash every year and there you go. What complications am I not seeing?

One problem, among others, is that you will never be able to sell it. You will be required to show photo id to a lawyer before the lawyer will transfer title to a purchaser. Solve the problem by using a corporation. Of course there may be various tax issues that you would need to speak to an accountant about.
