If anyone is looking at these pieces ., Muskoka does have GIS, Not the best but still better then nothing

I dont see a public dock on the water access piece's lake...So am I correct that you have to kick the locals ass in the tender to get the piece .... then kiss his ass to get to the land?

If anyone gets up there let us know where the dock is.

Took a look yesterday.

There appears to be a landing at the end of a private road but no docking facilities or boat launch and some cars, presumably from other water access cottages, were parked along the shore road allowance. Might have to haul your boat in and out each time you go to the cottage.
