I have a possible buyer from Switzerland but they are not interested in my offerings.

Anyone have waterfront (good quality no marsh) reasonable large acreage (50 acres), Northern Ontario (at least north of Muskoka), entrance way and access in, and realistic market price

I must have mistaken you for other members of the board.  I thought by bringing in a buyer from Switzerland it would be close to your offshore accounts in Zurich for easy implementation.

You dont want swiss bank accounts, they are  ratting  out all of their clients to the IRS  in order to save a couple junior " movers and shakers"..100 year tradition down the toilet for a couple douchebag account reps (salesmen) who were caught doing business in the US  so they handed over the bank records to save their weasle asses.  Hang out the customers to save the staff who were breaking the law to get bonuses
