Well, its my first time bidding.  I did do a search it just hasnt come in yet!  I do have time to cancel if it comes back too high.  I am just learning, what does easements against the property mean.  Also there is exprop listed what is that?

Well, thank-you for sharing all this information with me.  I will be asking you a lot of questions in the properties to come.  I am really interested in learning as well as winning properties.  Any advice you can give me i appreciate.
I will be faxing the township to cancel this bid tomorrow.
As an answer to your question, "yes"  i did go see the property.  I did see the mess, the car, the swings, the tree house,etc.  But i really like that lake.

Well, the highest bid (unoficial) for the first lot (West Bay Rd) is twelve thousand and some hundreds, I cannot remember the exact number. I think it is a good lot, I put a bid, but not that high.

Of the two lots, I was considering a bid on this one since it didn't have any title or lien issues. 12k is a decent buy on this one, although I would have bid around 10k.

30k for the 2nd one...people weren't afraid of bidding on a property with Legal issues that THEY will face down the road. Good luck t o them

On a side note:
Do the 2ns place bidders ever get lucky ? From my experience in the past the winner always pays up in full.
