Santa Does exist - For Sinners ???

I am worried that with the recent preoccupation with churchs the sinners in the group: like yours truly, might become an endangered species.  So I asked for some help from my contacts at which I called the alternative viewpoint and of course they obliged.  

Just in time for the holiday season.  

A 8,500 sq. ft. tavern for only $15,000.  (Netpred will never believe me) so without further comments.

It is sale of municipal surplus property that even Jason or OTS Jeff have not found out until now.  

I am going to pass but I hope all of the viewers have good fortune with this or other more conventional tax sale opportunities in 2012.
