WARNING - LAND FILL

Just a warning to fellow hunters out there... currently there are listed a few vacant land parcels in seguin which unfortunately are directly adjacent to... and down hill from... a former land fill. To add to the devaluation the land fill is going to be re-purposed and hold a massive 10MW ground mounted solar PV array... development planned to start by spring of 2014.

Good info!! I notice that you are just shy of 100 posts so if you reply it will put you over the top. Were all of these properties owned by the same company? If so, have they severed off the timber rights in favor of themselves, by way of a restrictive covenant which does not go with a tax deed?
