Information packages and title searches

I have noticed there are lots of different sites that offer a variety of different services with regards to tax sales properties. One example I seem to come across often is www.ontariotaxsales.ca and I remember I use to have a membership to a company that would send me the new listing by mail (It was a long time ago ). I was just wondering which sites if any you guys use and would recommend and if you trust any for your title searches or other investigation. Seems to me like the best source for information is right here but I would be keen on learning of any other resources that are available.
