Blue Mountains Lot

Even though I did much research on the lot in Blue Mountains, I have decided not to enter a bid due to unseen factors which may act against to my advantage.

I am now very curious on the result because I could be all wrong and made a bad decision.
Did anyone attend the sale?

Wow, I kind of expected the lot would be going for $80K plus.
Everything being equal at surface level, I think that winning bid $58K is definitely a great buy.
The lot and other similar lots around there are accessed for $150K-170K and actually seem to be going for at the similar price range.

In any event, the highest bidder knew something that I did not.
Congrats to the winner!
