Has anyone used the Title Search Summary service on the ontariotaxsales.ca website?  If so, how have you found the service?  Does the report provide an adequate summary of both title and execution searches?  Thanks in advance,

I haven't used this, but I thought I would let everyone know that as a realtor, I have access to Geowwarehouse.  This service gives me maps, comparable sales, liens, etc.  If you require any of this information, and don't want to go the the LRO, just let me know.  Of course, even as a realtor, I have to pay for this everytime I use it, so we would have to figure something out.
