"Please be advised that the sale of land as described above and previously advertised is hereby
cancelled until further notice. It has now come to the attention of the County of Prince Edward that
the property may have environmental issues. This matter is currently under review and information
will be provided to the public as soon as possible."

I am getting used to these cancellations. How was your meeting? I wanted to come so I could meet you guys. Some of you really impress me with your knowledge.

Did you guys purchase the tender package for Greater Napanee? It says there that a building permit can be obtained, but the frontage of those 2 lots is 80 feet for each one of them. Have you checked the zoning by-law, are those 80 feet OK with the by-laws to get a building permit?

The zoning states:
Shoreline Residential Exception Two (SR-2) Zone
Part of Lots 18, 19, 20, and 21, Concession 3 in the geographic Township of
Adolphustown.
Within the SR-2 Zone, the following provisions apply:
a) Lot Area (minimum).......................................................................... 0.2 hectares
b) Lot Frontage (minimum) ..........................................................................30 metres
That doesnt work so it may be worth a call to the city on that to see if there is additional exceptions
