Old Milford Rd, highest bid was $10,800. Did not win.

The one thing we are all forgetting....If these were the neighbours who won , and they can add this to their property..they got deals of the century


Milford gets a severed lot which they can expand without approvals, simple lot line adjustment ,   cove gets to double their lot size....Both options are worth well more then the bids cost

Always remember..In most cases the adjacent landowner has the most to gain with the least hassle..But thankfully for us,most bid incredibly low,

  Am I missing something? The Gazette notice, as I have it, only listed 4 properties: files 07-01, 07-14, 07-15. & 07-17. Did they sneak more properties into the sale?

No that was just the top seven bids on the one lot...
