Standard list of Ontario zoning nomenclature?

Hi folks,
Apologies if this has been asked, but I don't see that it has been, and I am having a hard time tracking down this mythological creature...
Is there a standard list of Ontario zoning classes and the abbreviations etc. used to describe them?
Even better, a list that spells out what is/isn't permissible?
My understanding is that each municipality or region has their own zoning regulations, but surely they all have some master "play book" that they derive their zoning classes from? If so, I haven't located it

Thanks, netpred.
Kind of what I was afraid of!
If I manage to start collecting each municipalities documents, I'll try to create a master list of URL's.
Thanks for the tips,
B.
