Hey Dave, I am wondering how much the bunkie on the island might have costed you. Anybody wanna guess how much this real overnight bunkie could cost? 380sf, finished with 2 beds (or 1), 1 bath (with shower) and a kitchenette

Anybody wanna guess how much this real overnight bunkie could cost? 380sf, finished with 2 beds (or 1), 1 bath (with shower) and a kitchenette Mine is officially a "pumphouse" if anyone asks. Mine is below building code control size of 10 X 10 feet. Cost me under $5,000 installed and delivered on the island. A couple more shots showing it under construction in winter. you can see car on the ice. Building lot turned out okay as well as you can see from photos, I have 132 feet of frontage. Unfortunately the minimum "cottage" size as per local building code is 800 sq. ft. so I cannot use your "camp" unless I join 2 together.
Jayz: Dont want to put you on the spot but want to confirm some details:a) Building Code Compliant?b) Including Building Permit ? (Mine is not necessary) c) Including HST / GST ?d) Delivered ?e) Foundation Included?f) Installed ?Mine included all of above. Island location added about 15% to the cost.Dave
